This 19th century building on Spadina Road is a Designated Heritage structure within the Harbord Heritage District. Operating for most of the 20th century as an outreach mission building, it was sold to our client for conversion to an apartment building. MW Hall Corporation + Caricari Lee, joint venture architects prepared the Conservation Plan, provided planning services to obtain Committee of Adjustment approvals, and architectural services to implement the project, including underpinning and restoration of the heritage house, and a significant rear addition to the building. This boutique condominium building consists of 6 suites and has over 8,500 sf of area.
